Glazing packers - what they do
Glazing packers set the glass in the sash: they transfer its weight into the profile and keep the unit clear of the rebate walls. Whether the window closes without resistance, and whether the glass cracks from stress, depends on how correctly they are placed. We carry them 100 mm long in thicknesses of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 mm and widths of 24, 26, 28, 30, 32 and 34 mm, which covers the usual rebates. The range also includes levelling packers for taking up fitting gaps.
Hardware for glazing and adjusting the sash
The glazing wedge sets the unit in place during fitting, the setting block corrects the sash geometry when the window stops closing, the fixed-glazing catch holds the glass in non-opening panels, and the glide reduces friction between moving parts. The moving mullion cap closes off the mullion in double casement windows with no fixed mullion - it is chosen to suit the profile system, and the range includes versions for KBE (385) and Trocal in white.
Drainage caps, window handles, pull handles and trickle vents
The drainage cap covers the drainage opening in the frame and carries water away from it; the types available are Slim-line „25” and „30”, Half-pipe with a milled opening, rectangular and rounded. Door pull handles come straight and offset in 30 and 34 mm diameters and in half-round and triangular sections, with grips in the Slim-line and profile versions. The trickle vent provides a constant supply of air with the window shut - available in white, light brown and dark brown.
Collection at the weekend too
We hand goods over during the week, but the collection time is agreed individually - including on a Saturday and, if need be, a Sunday, arranged by phone beforehand. The option is used above all by customers living and working in Germany. Orders for weekend collection should be placed by Friday 12:00 at the latest. We ship throughout Poland.
