Consent clause - contact form

I consent to the processing of the personal data given in the contact form. The data will be processed solely in order to reply on the telephone number or e-mail address provided. The data controller is “TECHNOLOG” ELIGIUSZ ORLANCKI, ul. Pierwszej Brygady 14/1, 73-110 Stargard, NIP: 8541006685. This consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending a withdrawal notice to biuro@technolog2.pl.

Privacy policy of technolog2.pl

§1 Definitions

Site - the website “technolog2.pl” operating at www.technolog2.pl.
External site - websites of partners, service providers or clients cooperating with the Controller.
Site / Data Controller - the operator of the Site and the Data Controller (hereinafter the Controller) is “TECHNOLOG” ELIGIUSZ ORLANCKI, ul. Pierwszej Brygady 14/1, 73-110 Stargard, NIP: 8541006685.
User - a natural person to whom the Controller provides services by electronic means through the Site.
Device - an electronic device together with its software through which the User accesses the Site.
Cookies - text data collected in the form of files placed on the User’s Device.
GDPR - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
Personal data - any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person („data subject”); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
Processing - any operation or set of operations performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction;
Restriction of processing - the marking of stored personal data with the aim of limiting their processing in the future.
Profiling - any form of automated processing of personal data consisting of the use of personal data to evaluate certain personal aspects relating to a natural person, in particular to analyse or predict aspects concerning that natural person’s performance at work, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behaviour, location or movements.
Consent - consent of the data subject means any freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject’s wishes by which he or she, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing of personal data relating to him or her.
Personal data breach - a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed.
Pseudonymisation - the processing of personal data in such a manner that the personal data can no longer be attributed to a specific data subject without the use of additional information, provided that such additional information is kept separately and is subject to technical and organisational measures to ensure that the personal data are not attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Anonymisation - anonymisation of data is an irreversible process performed on data that destroys or overwrites „personal data”, making it impossible to identify a person or to link a given record to a specific user or natural person.

§2 Data Protection Officer

Under Art. 37 GDPR the Controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer. For matters concerning data processing, including personal data, please contact the Controller directly.

§3 Types of cookies

Internal cookies - files placed on and read from the User’s Device by the Site’s IT system.
External cookies - files placed on and read from the User’s Device by the IT systems of external sites. The scripts of external sites that may place cookies on Users’ Devices were deliberately included in the Site through the scripts and services made available and installed on it.
Session cookies - files placed on and read from the User’s Device by the Site during a single session of that Device. Once the session ends they are deleted from the User’s Device.
Persistent cookies - files placed on and read from the User’s Device by the Site until they are deleted manually. They are not deleted automatically when the Device’s session ends unless the User’s Device is configured to delete cookies at the end of a session.

§4 Security of data storage

Mechanisms for storing and reading cookies - The mechanisms for storing, reading and exchanging data between the cookies saved on the User’s Device and the Site are provided by the built-in mechanisms of web browsers and do not permit other data to be retrieved from the User’s Device, nor data from other websites the User has visited, including personal data or confidential information. Transferring viruses, trojans and other worms to the User’s Device is likewise practically impossible.
Internal cookies - the cookies used by the Controller are safe for Users’ Devices and contain no scripts, content or information that could endanger the security of personal data or of the Device the User is using.
External cookies - the Controller takes every possible step to vet and select the Site’s partners with Users’ security in mind. It works with well-known, large partners enjoying global public trust. It does not, however, have full control over the content of cookies originating from external partners. To the extent the law allows, the Controller is not liable for the security of cookies originating from external sites, their content, or their licence-compliant use by the scripts installed on the Site. The list of partners appears later in this privacy policy.

The User may at any time delete all cookies saved so far using the tools of the Device through which they use the Site’s services.

Risks on the User’s side - The Controller applies every possible technical measure to keep the data held in cookies secure. It should be noted, however, that the security of that data depends on both sides, including the User’s own conduct. The Controller accepts no liability for the interception of that data, the hijacking of the User’s session or its deletion as a result of the User’s deliberate or inadvertent actions, or of viruses, trojans and other spyware with which the User’s Device may be or may have been infected. To guard against these risks, Users should follow good practice for using the internet.
Storage of personal data - The Controller states that it makes every effort to keep the personal data voluntarily entered by Users secure, with access limited and exercised in line with its purpose and the purposes of processing. The Controller further states that it makes every effort to protect the data it holds against loss, by applying appropriate physical and organisational safeguards.

§9 Third-party access to personal data

As a rule the only recipient of the personal data provided by Users is the Controller. Personal data provided voluntarily by Users:Personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union unless it has been published as a result of the User’s own action (for example by posting a comment or entry), which makes the data available to anyone visiting the site.

§11 Legal bases for processing personal data

§12 Period of processing personal data

Personal data provided voluntarily by Users: As a rule this data is kept only for as long as the Controller provides the Service through the Site. It is deleted or anonymised within 30 days of the service ending (for example deletion of a registered user account, unsubscribing from the Newsletter, etc.). An exception arises where legitimate interests require the Controller to continue processing the data. In that case the Controller will keep the data, from the moment the User requests its deletion, for no longer than 3 years, where the User has breached or is suspected of breaching the site’s terms of useAnonymous data (without personal data) collected automatically:Anonymous statistical data that does not constitute personal data is kept by the Controller for the purpose of site statistics for an indefinite period

§13 Users’ rights in connection with the processing of personal data

The Site collects and processes Users’ data on the basis of: The right of access to personal data.
Users have the right of access to their personal data, exercised upon a request made to the Controller
The right to rectification of personal data
Users have the right to obtain from the Controller the prompt rectification of inaccurate personal data and/or the completion of incomplete personal data, exercised upon a request made to the Controller
The right to erasure of personal data
Users have the right to obtain from the Controller the prompt erasure of personal data, exercised upon a request made to the Controller. In the case of user accounts, erasure consists in anonymising the data that makes it possible to identify the User. The Controller reserves the right to suspend an erasure request in order to protect its legitimate interests (for example where the User has breached the terms of use, or where the data was obtained through correspondence).
In the case of the Newsletter, the User can delete their personal data themselves using the link included in every e-mail sent.
The right to restriction of processing
Users have the right to restrict the processing of personal data in the cases set out in Art. 18 GDPR, including where the accuracy of the personal data is contested, exercised upon a request made to the Controller
The right to data portability
Users have the right to receive from the Controller the personal data concerning them in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, exercised upon a request made to the Controller
The right to object to the processing of personal data
Users have the right to object to the processing of their personal data in the cases set out in Art. 21 GDPR, exercised upon a request made to the Controller
The right to lodge a complaint
Users have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for data protection.

§15 Site requirements

Restricting the saving of and access to cookies on the User’s Device may cause some functions of the Site to work incorrectly.
The Controller accepts no liability for functions of the Site that work incorrectly where the User has in any way restricted the ability to save and read cookies.

§16 External links

The Site - its articles, posts, entries or Users’ comments - may contain links to external websites with which the owner of the site has no relationship. Those links and the pages or files behind them may be unsafe for your Device or pose a risk to the security of your data. The Controller accepts no responsibility for content outside the Site.

§17 Changes to this privacy policy

The Controller reserves the right to change this privacy policy at will, without having to inform Users, as regards the use of anonymous data or the use of cookies.
The Controller reserves the right to change this privacy policy at will as regards the processing of personal data, and will inform Users holding a user account or subscribed to the newsletter by e-mail within 7 days of the change. Continued use of the services signifies that the changes to the privacy policy have been read and accepted. Where the User does not agree with the changes, they are obliged to delete their account on the Site or unsubscribe from the Newsletter.
Changes to the privacy policy will be published on this page of the Site.
The changes take effect upon publication.
