Stick-on muntin bars for PVC windows
Stick-on muntin bars, also called applied or Vienna bars. Rigid PVC, foam adhesive tape, 5 m lengths. Angles 8°, 15°, 25°, 30° and 45°, widths from 18 to 77 mm.
Muntin bars are bonded to the face of the glass to recreate the traditional division of a window into smaller panes. They do not touch the sealed unit, so they can be applied to finished joinery too - on houses, period-style buildings and balcony doors.
As the manufacturer we carry profiles differing in width, height and the angle of the flanks. Available in white RAL 9016, cream RAL 9001 and wrapped in Renolit, Continental (Hornschuch), Cova and LG foils - in a decor matched to the window, dark shades included. Gasket in black, grey RAL 7001 or light grey RAL 7035.

Stick-on muntin bars - properties, colours and Vienna bars
Stick-on muntin bars for PVC windows are made of rigid PVC. For white windows close to RAL 9016 we produce bars in the same colour. Bars coloured throughout in other shades are also possible, for example cream white RAL 9001.
The bars come with foam adhesive tape. Their role is decorative - they divide the glass and imitate the traditional layout of a window. The heights made most often are 8, 10 and 13 mm, and the widths 25, 45 and 75 mm. The profiles are co-extruded with soft PVC gaskets; the usual gasket colours are light grey RAL 7035, grey RAL 7001 and black.
Vienna bars are created when aluminium spacers are placed inside the sealed unit at the points where the bars are bonded. The spacer supports the pane, so the glass does not flex as the bar is pressed on. Stick-on bars and internal spacers together produce exactly this effect.
We wrap the bars with Renolit, Continental (Hornschuch), Cova and LG foils - the same ones used on window profiles, so the bar colour matches the joinery.
Stick-on muntin bars for PVC windows - what they are and how they work
Stick-on muntin bars, also called applied or self-adhesive bars, are rigid PVC strips bonded to the surface of the glass. They recreate the traditional division of a window into smaller panes without touching the sealed unit - which is why they can also be fitted to windows already installed. The profile is bonded with self-adhesive foam tape, and side lips in soft PVC conceal where the profile meets the glass. As a manufacturer we offer bars bevelled at 8°, 15°, 25°, 30° and 45° in widths from 18 to 77 mm, in 5 m lengths.
Choosing a bar: bevel, width and height
Three things decide how the division looks. The bevel of the sides: the steeper it is, the sharper the shadow on the glass and the more pronounced the division - an 8° profile lies almost flat, while 45° stands out decisively. The width is matched to the size of the window: narrow profiles 18-27 mm for small panes, wide ones 65-77 mm for large glazing and balcony doors. The height (8, 9, 10, 12 or 13 mm) determines how substantial the bar looks from the side. The seal colour is matched to the window: black, grey RAL 7001 or light grey RAL 7035.
Colours: white, cream and foil wrapped
For white windows in a shade close to RAL 9016 we make bars in the same tone. Profiles coloured through are also possible, in cream white RAL 9001 for instance. We wrap the bars in Renolit, Continental (Hornschuch), Cova and LG foils - the same ones used on window profiles, so the colour of the bar matches the colour of the joinery. That applies to dark decors too, such as anthracite or golden oak.
What Viennese bars are
Viennese bars combine bars stuck to the outside of the glass with aluminium frames inside the unit, aligned exactly with the bonding line. The frame supports the sheet, so the glass does not flex as the bar is pressed home and the whole division looks like a genuine structural one. This solution is used mostly in period-style buildings and in joinery that should look classic while keeping the performance of a modern sealed unit.
Collection at the weekend too
We hand goods over during the week, but the collection time is agreed individually - including on a Saturday and, if need be, a Sunday, arranged by phone beforehand. The option is used above all by customers living and working in Germany, who collect their material when they come back to Poland. Orders for weekend collection should be placed by Friday 12:00 at the latest. We ship throughout Poland.

They are the same thing - two names for one product. You will also hear self-adhesive bars, because the profile is fitted on self-adhesive foam tape.
From 18 to 77 mm. The most often chosen are 25, 27, 35, 45 and 75 mm. Profile height is 8, 9, 10, 12 or 13 mm depending on the profile family.
The steeper the bevel of the sides, the more pronounced the division. An 8° profile lies almost flat on the glass, 25° and 30° give a clear shadow, and 45° stands out most decisively.
Yes. Besides white RAL 9016 and cream RAL 9001 we wrap the bars in Renolit, Continental, Cova and LG foils, in a decor matched to the window colour, including dark shades.
Preferably above 18 degrees Celsius. The bars and the glass must be at the same temperature, so windows and profiles should stand in the workshop for at least 24 hours before bonding.
Yes. PVC expands in summer and contracts in winter, so equal expansion gaps are left at both ends of the bar. Without them the profile can bow or lift at the corner.
The bonding area has to be degreased with isopropyl alcohol or acetone, using a clean cloth or a paper towel that leaves no marks. The tape backing is peeled off gradually as the bar is applied.
About 24 hours. During that time the windows should stay in the production hall. The bars themselves are stored indoors, never outside.
In 5 metre lengths. They are cut to size before fitting, at an angle to suit the window profile.
