Folding PVC trims and angles - supplied on the roll
Thin 1.0 - 1.5 mm trims and angle profiles with adhesive tape, on 50 and 100 m rolls, plus the 80 x 2 mm folding trim in bars. Opened flat they work as a flat trim, folded as an angle profile at any angle.
A folding profile has a thin living hinge along its axis. One material therefore does the job of two: it lies flat on a straight run and folds in the corner to whatever angle the building gives you - including angles other than 90 degrees.
A roll rather than a length has one more advantage: it is cut to any length on site, with no joints showing every 6 metres. This is the answer for long runs and for windows coupled at an angle.

Roll or length - when a folding profile is the right choice
Profiles on the roll are 1.0-1.5 mm thick, roughly half the thickness of angle profiles and trims in 6-metre lengths. That is exactly what lets them coil, but it also changes where they belong.
Choose the roll when the run is long and joints between lengths would show, when the corner is not a right angle, or when you need material you can transport without a six-metre bundle. The 50 and 100 m rolls are cut on site, so there is less waste.
Choose the length where stiffness matters: on corners that have to hold a straight line, and on wide covering profiles. For that we have fixed PVC angle profiles and flat trims in 6 m lengths.
Fitting on adhesive tape follows the same rules as the other profiles: degrease the surface before bonding and leave expansion gaps at both ends of the run. Coiled profiles should be unrolled on delivery and left flat before they go on the wall.

Every profile in this group is self-adhesive, and some are also available with a seal that conceals irregularities in the masonry.
When a roll, when a length
A rolled profile is chosen where the run is long and joints between lengths would show, where the corner is not a right angle, or where easily transported material is needed. A 6 m length is chosen where rigidity counts - at corners that must hold a straight line, and with wide masking profiles; for that there are the fixed PVC angle profiles and flat trims 2.0-3.0 mm thick. Profiles coiled on a roll should be unrolled after delivery and left flat before they go on the wall.
Sizes, packaging and colours
Folding angles on the roll are supplied in widths from 20 to 80 mm, with and without a seal. White angles 1.0 mm thick are given by leg dimensions: from 15 / 15 to 35 / 35 mm and unequal legged 20 / 40 mm. Foil-wrapped profiles are described by overall width with the leg split in brackets - 30 (20/10), 50 (30/20) and 70 (40/30) x 1.5 mm - in 50 and 100 m rolls. The stock Renolit foil decors are golden oak 2178001-167 and walnut 2178007-167; other colours to order.
Collection at the weekend too
We hand goods over during the week, but the collection time is agreed individually - including on a Saturday and, if need be, a Sunday, arranged by phone beforehand. The option is used above all by customers living and working in Germany, who collect their material when they come back to Poland. Orders for weekend collection should be placed by Friday 12:00 at the latest. We ship throughout Poland.
